Anne Ahira Blog Indexed by SnapIn developing my Anne Ahira blog, I keep on searching quality directories and search engines to submit. Just few moths ago I found Snap, a search engine that allows you see preview images of search results on a separate viewing panel before you click on them to visit the website. Based on my research I got from internet, I found how credible this search engine was. Not outstanding traffic but somewhat expected from a relatively new but fast growing search engine which saw around 12 million searches in March 2007. Snap Image Search: Useful Tool for Designers & Bloggers I do however love using Snap’s Image Search to look for specific images. The image browsing functionality is superior to the major search engines because it allows for very efficient and fast browsing through the mouse scroll wheel. You can even choose to filter your search by viewing only black and white images. Very cool. The only drawback (or some would say advantage) is the low volume of image results. For example, an image search for ‘monkey’ on Snap gives you around 400,000 results while a similar search on Google gives you 3.4 million pictures. Anne Ahira Blog and SnapSnap’s Image Search tool will probably be very useful for bloggers or web designers who need to find that specific image to complement their template design or blog post. Snap’s Image Search tool will probably be very useful for bloggers or web designers who need to find that specific image to complement their template design or blog post. I was pretty upset when I found that the submission form is now, not available anymore. But my bad feeling instantly gone when I found this Anne Ahira blog actually already indexed by Snap. I am Teddy Siswanto, a student of Anne Ahira.
